Thanks for your response to my previous query re 'Evolutionary Cycles.' My follow-up question is, what IS an 'evolutionary cycle' exactly?

JWG states in Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn chapters in Volume 1, that a 'new evolutionary cycle' has recently begun for that Soul. How am I to understand this 'new evolutionary' condition for a Soul who has natal Pluto in a cardinal sign or house, but also has a natal Mars/Pluto phasal relationship that is NOT in New Phase?
