Evolutionary Astrology Q&A
Hi everyone!
My name is Ethan and I just joined this group. I am part of Ari Moshe Wolfe's Essentials Course, and I am in my second year of studying Evolutionary Astrology. Stoked to be here!
I would love your feedback on a chart interpretation I did based on the Planetary Method of chart analysis. I've attached an image of the chart below. I would say this is a soul in the third stage individuated, first stage spirituated.
THE PAST
Pluto in Sag, 11th House
The desire of the soul is to actualise on a cosmological, spiritual level. In past lives, this was taking place in groups of people that limited individual curiosity of the soul. In current life, this may manifest as people putting dogma on the person, and thus creating a deep need to break free of conditioning. This can manifest in difficulties with social life, feeling the pressure to fit in versus stand out, and seeing one’s belief systems as a threat to mainstream society. Thus there is a tendency to feel like an outsider and an evolutionary purpose of learning to take up space with regards to one’s own unique thoughts, ideas, and opinions (Polarity: Gemini in the 5th).
South Node in Aquarius, 1st House
This is a signature that shows the soul’s ego developed a psychology of going at things alone. The outcast is felt here significantly, and one keeps their intelligence, beliefs, and philosophies, almost exclusively to themselves. Because the South node is also conjunct Uranus and Neptune, this has implications. The soul’s ego could be significantly shaped by traumatic, unexpected events (Uranus) arising from suppressed individuality, that also feeds a tendency to need to escape or live in one’s own world (Neptune). Early in life, the soul’s idea of who it is and what it needs will correlate to the need to break free from the limitations it feels to it’s individuality, which may be reinforced by the tendency to self-isolate (Neptune) or repress (Uranus).
South Node Ruler in Aquarius, 1st House
The ego is once again likely conditioned by a traumatic event buried deep within the personal unconscious. The connection to the 11th house and Pluto implies this had to do with burying something in order to fit into a larger collectively held cosmological, spiritual view of reality. The individual brilliance is deeply felt but also puts one deeply on the outside. There may be shocks and unexpected turns, thus, in regards to relationships (7th house polarity). Ultimately, the way the soul will integrate this is through a process of creative distillment and self actualisation (Leo polarity).
THE FUTURE
PPP in Gemini, 5th House
The soul will have to learn Gemini lessons around communication as they apply to the 5th House area of life, which means they will need to find a platform in which to express their ideas that is creative, youthful, or intrinsically authentic to them in some way. The mind is looking to liberate itself from past constraints by being applied to something beautiful that gives oneself back to their inner child.
North Node in Leo, 7th House
The future ego will be shaped and fuelled by a desire to know oneself on a creative actualised level. All traumas and suppression of the past must find a way to be transmuted into a pride in oneself and what one has been through. Specifically, the ego is looking to engage others or the public in some way. There is a deep desire to need to be seen here, and a potential talent for seeing others. This ultimately comes down to feeling oneself safe in their individuality, within relationships, and respecting others individuality as well. The shadow side to this is falling into the trap of people-pleasing, suppressing (Aquarius polarity) in order to gain attention or admiration (Leo polarity).
North Node Ruler in Capricorn, 12th House
The ego is being conditioned to establish a structure or routine that supports it’s ongoing realisation of it’s connection with ultimate creation. Whatever the soul implants in Leonian way will be conditioned by a structure within oneself but ultimately not OF oneself: they must place their faith in a higher cosmological order they can deeply sense (Capricorn in the 12th) and express themselves creatively in a way that shows themselves and others back to the Source. The challenge here could be feeling creatively powerless in the vast sea of infinite creation (Sun in the 12th) and thus struggling to individuate away from the Source while still harkening back to it. In order to do this, the soul is learning to align Itself with an inner authority that maintains its connection to Source and its sharing out in the world. They will feel at many times in their life called within to establish this inner authority for themselves, to support the ongoing evolutionary goal of actualising their unique views through a creative platform and breaking free from social conditioning that once suppressed or negated their beliefs.
INTEGRATION OF PAST & FUTURE
Moon in Capricorn, 1st House
The soul will be integrating these lessons through an emotional body that at times could feel rigid, denied, or suppressed. In 1st house ways, this soul be constantly initiating new experiences that allow it to discover the fullness of their emotional body. Because Saturn is in the third house, friendships and community could play a major role in triggering emotional experiences that cause the soul to push away from others, retreat into itself, and initiate new experiences. This is ultimately so the soul can build self-intimacy and know itself as a reliable inner authority. The goal here is to mainly become a self-sufficient independent authority removed from reliance or approval of others, and became actualised as an independent entity.
Saturn in Taurus, Square the Nodes
(I was going off the chart by memory until I pulled up it and saw it at this point! Ahhh!) Building one's own inner authority is highly emphasised here, and is possibly something the soul RELIED upon others for in past lives. It is imaginable that with Pluto in the 11th, there was a reliance on the group to direct one's ideas of how the world worked, thus isolating them from their own inner authority and sense of discernment. Further, Pluto is conjunct Venus which rules the Saturn, only emphasising this lesson around trusting oneself versus putting their sense of security and safety with others in a co-dependent fashion that limits individual freedom.
So excited to hear your feedback ; I am so ready to grow!
Love and blessings,
Ethan
