Hi there mods! A question about skipped steps with a wide orb, for instance a skipped step that is just beginning to culminate at about 8-9 degrees.
If the Soul is made aware of these skipped steps and chooses to apply dedicated focus to recovering them, can these skipped steps be recovered in the current life? Or does the wide applying orb imply that the skipped steps will be a theme for more lives to come, even when much effort is applied?
My intuition tells me that the Soul will have the potential to avoid the discomfort of a tight skipped step in subsequent lives if they nip it in the bud now, but that said I would really appreciate input from the wise Souls teaching here on this forum.
Many thanks!
Sarah
Hi Sarah,
If you mean by 'culminating' that the planet that is being squared by the N/S Nodes is 8 to 9 degrees is beyond the exact square, in essence in a new phase condition, then this would mean that such a Soul has already been working on those skipped steps for some time: many lives. As such the Soul is in a situation wherein the remaining elements of the original skipped are RESIDUAL, and are already complete or finished.
Thus, how the Soul experiences these remaining elements of the original skipped steps is vastly different than if the condition of the skipped steps were to be experienced for the first time: or until they reach the absolute square between the planet and the N/S Nodes.
God Bless, Rad
Hi Sarah,
To add to Rad's response - Rad answered a similar question of mine a year ago on the archived message board. It starts with a question about Pluto aspects, and then later in the thread a similar question to what you asked.
Hi Rad, this thread brings up a awareness of something I'd love to clarify/ check my understanding about. The part in bold specifically.
You wrote,
I have understood the separating square from the nodes to imply that the skipped step has begun to be worked on; that there is a process of resolution that has already been initiated prior to this life, but that it not yet complete. I.E. choices need to continue to be made to further work on what is necessary for total resolution.
Thus, for a tight separating orb, such as 1 degree after the square, the soul has very recently begun to work towards resolution but still needs to continue to do the work and can easily be drawn back to the past: the core inner dynamics that perpetuated/created the skipped step dynamics in the first place.
Whereas for wider orb, such as 8 degrees, the soul has been working on it for a while and still has some remaining elements to work out, but it's pretty much complete and there is not as strong as a pull towards the past dynamics that created/perpetuated the skipped step complex.
Is this accurate and essentially just another way of framing what you wrote above, or am I missing a fundamental piece?
I am just confused by the use of "complete" while there is still work remaining to be done and wonder if this is just a matter of semantics.
