I reviewed this post on the old message board and have several questions 1. In the above post, Deva wrote: "In the case of Pluto square the nodal axis the Soul has not fully developed the lessons reflected by either of the nodes and so has skipped steps to resolve in both areas (NN and SN)." and "The node that last formed a conjunction to Pluto is the "resolution" node, or the node that will be used to integrate and resolve the skipped steps (if the South Node last formed a conjunction to Pluto then the South Node and it's planetary ruler will be used to integrate the current evolutionary lessons symbolized by Pluto's polarity point and the NN)" Question: If Transit Pluto was square the lunar nodes, and the resolution node is the South Node, and it's conjunct Pluto in the 8th house in Scorpio, would the interpretation be a complete leap of the soul from one state of consciousness to a significantly different one?
2. In the above post, Rad wrote:
"With the Pluto square is that anytime one sees the nodal axis in the 7th/1st , or 1st/7th , is an underlying EMOTIONAL PARADOX that needs to be identified in order for the skipped steps, the Pluto square, to be resolved. The nature of that emotional paradox is one wherein the individual has two opposing emotional needs. One is for an almost absolute freedom, and the other is one of almost absolute relationship. Obviously these needs, desires, go in opposite directions."
Question: Is the idea of a paradox of the archetypes true when Pluto is square when the lunar nodes are in the 2nd/8th houses? Or is that dynamic he references true because of the angular nature of the 1st 7th axis?
3. According to JWG, how many degrees of an orb would transit Pluto be considered in aspect to the nodes?
4. What would be the interpretation of a nodal return occurring at the same time as the skipped steps?
Can someone point me to what JWG has said about nodal returns?
5. When a Pluto transit creates a skipped steps dynamic, is the result always a crisis of some kind?
For example, if the Soul is living in the Spiritual state at the time (Soul is oriented toward timeless and eternal Self), is the "Crisis" then just seen as another leap in their state of being (example, awakening to their healing gifts?)
6. Can anyone here comment on their own lived experience of skipped steps, and the astrological placements (or post chart), to describe experientially what occurred for them through the lens of Soul?
Or if there is an older post that you know about that I can study more about what has happened in celebrities or known persona's lives when skipped steps has occurred?
Thank You
Hi Meadow
Question: If Transit Pluto was square the lunar nodes, and the resolution node is the South Node, and it's conjunct Pluto in the 8th house in Scorpio, would the interpretation be a complete leap of the soul from one state of consciousness to a significantly different one?
**********
I am not understanding your question here: can you rephrase it ?
************
Question: Is the idea of a paradox of the archetypes true when Pluto is square when the lunar nodes are in the 2nd/8th houses? Or is that dynamic he references true because of the angular nature of the 1st 7th axis?
******************
It’s true because of the nature of the archetypes that correlate with the 7th House/Libra and the 1st house/ Aries. All houses/ signs that are opposite of one another have their own archetypes that of themselves, because of this, can be seen as paradoxes: how to resolve that which is opposite of one another.
******************
According to JWG, how many degrees of an orb would transit Pluto be considered in aspect to the nodes?
***************
This of course depends on the nature of the aspect itself. Square, for example, correlate with ten degrees.
************
What would be the interpretation of a nodal return occurring at the same time as the skipped steps?
************
This correlates with a time frame in which the Soul in an accelerated way can make choices that have the affect of resolving those skipped steps.
************
When a Pluto transit creates a skipped steps dynamic, is the result always a crisis of some kind? For example, if the Soul is living in the Spiritual state at the time (Soul is oriented toward timeless and eternal Self), is the "Crisis" then just seen as another leap in their state of being (example, awakening to their healing gifts?)
**************
The ‘crisis’, or dynamic being ignited, would be one one wherein there is some existing issue that correlates with the skipped step that is PREVENTING a need, desire, to evolve beyond where the Soul is at that point in time.
God Bless, Rad
Hi Rad Thank you for your responses. With regards to the question that needs to be rephrased, let's let it go as it has more to do with own personal chart than to be helpful to others here.
