How would we interpret an opposition between the PPP ruler and NN ruler?
Is it a case of learning how to balance both or "throwing off" one? And if it's throwing off one, how do you determine which one needs to be thrown off?

Hi Lou,
The Soul is trying to go into two different directions at the same time wherein the solution, how to proceed, is to actualize both versus one or the other. Thus, balancing these two versus one or the other: both/and vs either/ or.
