Out of sign aspects

It is essential in EA to understand the core EA paradigm in any chart so that an understanding of the 'why' of any given part of that chart, i.e. interceptions, out of sign aspects, etc, exist in the first place. It is the comprehensive understanding that will allow for the reasons, or the why, of this or that part of a chart exists in the first place.

An analogy would be a jig saw puzzle wherein we have two or three pieces of the puzzle without seeing the whole of the puzzle that it comes from.

I'm wondering if there's a basic intention of this - ie, that the soul either is capable or has learned the integration of various energies or conversely is 'fractured' or scattered & thus the out of sign aspects -?

This is an example of what I mean because just by taking the out of sign aspects out of the whole chart it is simply not possible to know the why of it. Both of these statements COULD be true but there are many other reasons as well.

A bit like intercepted signs, if not mistaken, can indicated that basically the soul has integrated that 'house' or it is especially heightened because there is a need to integrate what that house symbolizes (if I understand that correctly)

An intercepted sign can mean one of two things in EA:

1. Either the archetypes of the sign and house of the intercepted sign have been highly developed prior to the current life and do not need a conscious effort to develop them more or

2. That the Soul intends to develop them in the context of the current life but at specific points in time relative to the underlying EA paradigm. These point in time would correlate to when the intercepted sign is being transited and/ or when the planetary ruler of the intercepted sign, by it's own house and sign location, is being transited.

************* I was wondering though if a way of looking at it would to see it all as aspects between planets - & for transparency using an aspect in my chart - so, if Vesta is Pisces/12th conjunct Pallas Aries/12th would a way of interpreting that be to see this as: Neptune, Vesta, Mars, Pallas conjunct in the 12th - ? Or is that really not correct....?

This is not correct. Each on of these is their own archetype is the reason why.

I am understanding that, in & of itself, out of sign aspects do not have a general 'bottom line' - such as other 'rules' of EA, like intercepted signs or aspect patterns, aspects to the nodes, etc.

Out of sign aspects are part of the underlying paradigm more like Mercury could be in Aries - & that's that & that is part of the whole, versus a 'rule', it is simply part of the entire chart. Whereas Pluto conjunct NN would have a certain 'bottom line' or 'rule' that is then incorporated into the underlying WHY of the chart/soul......

Want to be clear - so editing: for instance: Pluto conjunct NN: there are 'rules' about what that means on a bottom line level but that is then incorporated into the very specific WHY of any soul - so, to be clear, I understand out of sign aspects DO NOT have any 'rule' - of course, there are always the reasons why, but not an underlying archetype to it to begin with.....
